Yamunanagar's trusted IELTS coaching centre — teaching since 2009 with an 8.0 Band certified trainer, small batches, and four online practice portals: IELTS and PTE for enrolled students, and Grammar and French open to everyone.
Step Ahead Institute was founded with a simple mission: to provide high-quality IELTS coaching that is accessible, personalised, and effective. Located at 519B Darshan Lane, Model Town, opposite Guru Nanak Girls College in the heart of Yamunanagar, we have been teaching IELTS in Yamunanagar since 2009.
Over the years we have taught students from Yamunanagar, Jagadhri, Ambala, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Panipat, Saharanpur, and the surrounding areas, preparing them for study abroad, immigration, and career goals.
Founder & Director | IELTS Band 8.0 Certified Trainer | Teaching since 2009
Jyoti Malhotra is an IELTS Band 8.0 certified trainer with over a decade of experience in English language teaching. Her approach combines structured curriculum, personalised feedback, and real-exam practice to help students achieve their target scores. She believes every student deserves personal attention — which is why Step Ahead Institute keeps batch sizes small (5-10 students).
We believe in a structured, personalised approach to IELTS preparation:
We believe great practice makes great scores. That's why we've built four online portals — IELTS and PTE for enrolled students, and Grammar and French open to everyone:
All nine portals need a login, which we approve. The IELTS and PTE portals are for enrolled students; the other seven are open to everyone.
We are located in the heart of Yamunanagar, easily accessible from all parts of the city:
